Not So Newlywed Gayme Discriminates

The Game Show Network has announced its relaunching of “The Newlywed Game.” And now, as same-sex couples are currently marrying in two of our nation’s states, as well as obtaining civil unions in four more, you may think you’d see some on the show as you would think that would mean newly-wedded gay and lesbian couples would be eligible to play, right? However, the “Newlywed Game” rules and requirements actually are set to not include same-sex unions. The official rules state “legal marriage as one defined legal by all 50 states”. Looks like we may not be tuning in for this one.
